Onsite Consultation

Our preference is to meet with the curation team as early as possible, and spec all requirements with detailed notes onsite. We have experience working with contractors and directly with museums and private collections.

Blank Fabrication

Once all the requirements have been finalized during the onsite consultation, our team will return to the shop to custom build each mount and test for strength and quality.

Onsite Installation and Setup

Our team has a full service capability for installing and configuring your mount installations.  We have performed projects spanning multiple weeks and months with 1000's of pieces.  Our team has the expertise to come onsite and get the job done.

Custom Capabilities

We fabricate custom-fitted wire mounts of brass, armatures of steel for heavier objects, acrylic supports for documents and some light, delicate artifacts, and archival foam supports for textiles and garments.

Ability to travel for large projects

At Hyla, our team is mobile.  We have worked on very large projects spanning multiple months onsite for clients in both the United States and Canada.
